Our mission

HumanHandoff helps consumers understand their rights when interacting with AI customer service, report difficult experiences, and helps businesses prepare for laws requiring access to human support.

California AB 1609 is the first law we feature. We're building coverage for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, federal legislation, and, in time, international jurisdictions.

Independence

HumanHandoff.org is an independent informational platform operated by 1440.io. It is not a government agency or law firm. We have no affiliation with any legislature, regulator, or enforcement agency.
